It's been a very long time I tried their food . I was a regular there when I was living in queens. Now I live too far to come here often. On our victory day this month I decided to try some Bangladeshi food from an authentic Bangladeshi restaurant. The place looks ok, no fancy decorations. Service was good, food was good. I only ordered lobster with white rice . It was good but too oily ! Also tried their cha, after lunch I had to drink some lol.
If you are looking for comfort bengali food, this is a great spot to get it from. My favorite item on their menu is the achari chicken. Their boti Kabab is good too.
The chicken roast and pulao is really good. It was a bit spicy the first time I tired it. I decided to give it another try because I couldn't get food delivered from sagar. I am really glad I gave it another try because it was really tasty!
Food is definitely one of the best around its neighborhood (of Hillside/Jamaica). Particularly the Tahari, Kacchi Biryani and Chicken Roast. But service however (just like most Desi Restaurants) is underwhelming, and could be improved. The stars (including an extra one) are for the food only!
One of the best place to get Bangladeshi/ Pakistani/ Indian foods. Wide range of mouth watering foods with reasonable price. That have delivery, curb side pickup and takeout facilities right now. Practicing social distancing and maintaining proper hygiene. Highly recommended.
Ordered for Catering last minute. Needed food for 40 people on Saturday and ordered on Wednesday. They accommodated without any issues and prices were reasonable. They don't normally deliver but can arrange delivery if you pay upfront. Highly recommend them and will certainly use them again!
